The names and email addresses of those who complete our online test, the email addresses of people who contact us via email, survey data and/or site registrations, and the email addresses of those who request our auto-responders are among the details we gather from the information you provide us.

Email addresses are typically the only personal information gathered, although other information could be included if necessary to fulfil your request for a service. For instance, we will ask for personal information like your name, address, phone number, and credit card number or UPI details if you select a service or transaction that needs payment, such as making an online purchase on our website. Special protections apply to athletes under 17. Although children under the age of 17 are not the target of our services, parents or coaches are welcome to complete the GritFinder™ Mindset Assessment on their behalf. We don't intentionally gather children's personal data. We will remove such information as soon as we discover that we have gathered it.

No one will be contacted unless they directly desire it, and email addresses are never sold or transferred, either now or in the future.
